How does the process of customization work?
The moment you press enter on our consult form we get a direct email with all your provided information. we will get back to you via email in 1-3 business days to discuss the detailles.
during the building process you' ll get datily progress updates untill we sent the item to your house.
What does a service include?
Our custom pc service as well as our prebuilts come with all necessary equipment installed and all the componends configured. This includes a windows 11 pro or windows 11 home version.
when the computer gets delivered at your house it is plug and play ready. the only part not included is a DP or HDMI cable to connect it to your monitor.
How long does this take?
Becouse we run a small company which builds every individual pc by hand it can take up to 12 business days to be shipped out to your home adres.
This including our consult and the building process takes around 1 - 2 weeks to be finished.
Do i need to pay up front?
Yes. We need to be paid up front to buy the components you specifically asked for.
however don't worry about if your money truely goes into your pc, we will send update pictures in every step so you know we are busy doing our job!
Are there any repercussions to cancelling
Sometimes. As long all we are still in the consulting phase there will be no charges.
however when the parts are bought and installed into the case you cannot cancel anymore and you will have to pay the full price mentioned in the consult.
